To answer your question, yes, if the picture was two girls, portrayed the way those to men are, I WOULD LAUGH. THERE FACES ARE FUNNY LOOKING, THE OVERALL CONCEPT IS CHUCKLE WORTHY. This, I am sure, was the intention of the game.

Why would girls have large muscles? Than they'd be girls with masculine traits. I see two men with large muscles and muscles are appropriate for males. The equivalent would be two girls with feminine traits. So let me rephrase my question: “Would you laugh about Cho Aniki if there were two feminine girls and not two masculine men pictured?”

Been there. I tried to convince my girlfriend that it was a great game and after some negotiation I got her to play it together with me. She wasn't really impressed since she's not really into RPG's, so when this particular scene came along…. Let's just say that me trying to laugh it off was more awkward than the in-game scene and we've never played the game together since.
