I hope the New Zelda has:
Look, this is a simple list of things I want the new Zelda for Wii to have. I am a huge Legend of Zelda fanboy, but this list needs to be made public. I know that there are many who will agree with me:
The New Zelda needs:
- To stop having crazy ancient artifacts that were broken into shards
- to have Ganondorf retire
- to have Navi’s little fairy mouth sewn shut
- a gamecube version
- just one instance where Link does something the easy way
- more minish people
- gorons without rock-nipples (ew…)
- a sidekick that actually helps (or at least gives useful advice)
- maybe a steampunk dungeon
- if it’s only for wii, no fishing
- Lon Lon ranch
- another dancing scarecrow
- link only needing four heart pieces again
- Link to get laid
- transformations like in Majora’s Mask
- a new story
- Lake Hylia to not be drained
- to keep the Zora’s Domain defrosted (it’s always getting frozen)
- the water temple to NOT be the hardest in the game
- the MAGIC armor not to cost us RUPEES
- Link to have just one romantic interest
- The Great Deku Tree (and if it dies again, i’ll be pissed)
- Zelda to get off her lazy ass ( I know she’s supposed to help in Spirit Tracks, but Link’s earned more than a DS game’s support)
That’s all I want for now. I can almost guarantee that I will love the new game, once it comes out, just because it’s a Zelda game. Don’t take this as me hating on Zelda, quite the opposite. I love Zelda, It’s in my top 3 for favorite video games series ever. I just wish that the game designers weren’t such sadists sometimes, but truthfully, I really hope they don’t change a system that works so well. Oh well, back to Wind Waker until release day.

I think it would be cool to take over another character that isn't Link… maybe go off on some other characters story for a little bit. Maybe not necessarily the whole game, it would be considered a spin off then, but sections of the game.

wow that was awful. you say you're a Zelda fanboy, well obviously not since you don't want many of the staples that make a Zelda game a Zelda game. if you don't like Zelda then don't play it. let Nintendo be Nintendo and build the game they think is right. Nintendo is way better at building games then anyone.
“Nintendo is way better at building games then anyone.” I disagree with this to some degree. I think old school Nintendo had it right, but it seems they have had some missteps lately IMO.
I only agree with your transformations bullet. Other then that zelda is still an awesome game. Maybe a change of location would do, like underground maybe. Well keep writing.
