Another year in gaming has finally come to pass, and I”m not sure that I could really ask for a better one. The year started out with fantastic releases, continued to shovel them out through the summer, and ended the year with a crucial big-bang of best-sellers to knock us all on our butts. The beta opened up on June 2nd, following the impressive single-player demonstration at Sony’s press-conference at E3. Since that day, I’ve found myself repeatedly drawn back to the game, despite the lack of maps and game-types available in the beta, and I have to say, what I have seen so far is impressive.
