First Playstation Move Ad Video
Well…here is the first marketing video for the Move. Once again…that little monkey is the devil I tell you!
This is probably one of the more interesting Metriod trailers I have ever seen. It looks like this game will really focus on Samus and will feature a lot of cut scenes outside the suit. Check it out!
UPDATED:The official trailer is now up!
Over the past few months Bioware has been releasing short videos showing off the player classes of Mass Effect 2. Not only are all of the classes different but they have really built upon the biotics and equipment available to the player. Even from these short 2 min videos you can see just how much the combat has improved from the first game. There are 6 available classes to choose from, Adept, Engineer, Infiltrator, Sentinel, Soldier, and Vanguard.
Hit the jump to see details on all 6 classes!

I’m fed up of myself. Writing ridiculously superfluous articles with absolutely no journalistic merit at all. That, and I missed my train to London Euston today so I couldn’t go and see a television pilot. I guess this editorial is, in essence, a product of personal dissatisfaction. Also today, I participated in ‘School’s Question Time’, a school/college focused take on the increasingly popular political debate program, Question Time. For those of you outside of the United Kingdom or those of you who live in caves and the like, the format is a panel of ‘experts’ in politics, generally 3 opposing politicians, someone to do with the ‘topic of the week’, for example a Trade Unionist and and a fifth well known personality. They’re asked questions but the audience, comprising of the general populous. Well, today I essentially participated in that, being a panel member, discussing the topic of violence in video games. Being the age I am and that of the other panel members, around the 17 and 18 year old mark, nobody believed that it should at all be banned or restricted, apart from those asked to play Devil’s Advocate.
For the first time last night I watched the Spike Video Game Award show. I had avoided it up until now and the only thing that pulled me in to watch this year were some of the surprise game announcements. There were quite a few first look trailers from some very big games coming in 2010. For the entire list of award winners and to check out the trailers hit the JUMP!

We all sometimes wish that life was more like a video game. Life would be so much easier….or would it? I’ve complied a list of things to keep in mind before you think such lofty thoughts. Some of these are positive, others….not so much. You’ve been warned.

Yesterday SEGA released this little gem of a trailer for there STILL unnamed project featuring everyone’s favorite Aliens against the Governor hunting Predators.
The latest trailer for the heavily anticipated Modern Warfare 2 is now viewable on Infinity Ward’s site, and is embedded above. In it, we hear the biblical story of the first murder by Cain, and some additional threatening narration. Additionally, we see flashes of Washington besieged and in flames.
I, for one, am hoping that Infinity Ward is finally able to string their series’ of “holy sh*!” moments into a truly impactful narrative. The recently released trailers have truly intrigued me, and I am becoming increasingly interested in the journey we will experience when Modern Warfare 2 is released, November 10th.
What do you think? Have the recently released trailers made you more excited, less excited, or were you already eagerly anticipating Infinity Ward’s next entry in the Call of Duty franchise?
Feel that? That soothing breeze blowing across your skin? Summer is ending, and fall is fast approaching. With the changing of the seasons comes the end of the annual drought of games that occurs so often during the summer months, and first out of the gate is Batman: Arkham Asylum, developed by Rocksteady Studios. But can a game based on the caped crusader, a character whose video-game career has been less-than-inspiring, truly prove to be the game to quench our thirst for entertainment?
